It is not necessary to have copies of your credit reports when you first sign up. Most of our clients come to us after they have been denied credit and have a good idea of what negative listing is most likely appearing.

With this in mind, it is not necessary to know exactly what is appearing on the credit report before we begin work. It is only necessary to know that there is a credit problem, which needs to be addressed.

Our staff will provide you with detailed instructions on the retrieve of your credit reports and how to forward them to us.

Believe it or not, but one negative item on your credit report can have a huge impact for credit denial. If you believe you only have a couple of negative items on your credit, it will still make sense for you to seek out help and remove those items.

When you order your credit report and the report comes back with all positive information or you decide all items are accurate and verifiable, we generally refund any fees.
